Re-Kicks Needs Your Cleats – Swim Party – Info on Camps
Hello Soccer Families,
The spring season is starting to wind down, but that does not mean that soccer is over! We have plenty of fun activities and camps for every skill level. Check out all the cool things we have planned below.
Re-Kicks in Need of Outgrown Cleats (especially for ages 3-8)
At the end of every season comes a plethora of outgrown cleats and other equipment. Our Re-Kicks program was very successful again, which means we are running out of gear. If your child is likely to outgrow their cleats before the fall season, please consider donating them to our Re-Kicks program. We will have the cart out near the concessions stand for the last two weekends of rec soccer. Bring an extra pair of shoes and donate if you can!
Post-Season Swim Party
Leavenworth Soccer Association is hosting a private post-season swim party for all our players and their immediate families at the Wollman Aquatic Center on Friday, June 2nd from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tickets MUST be purchased online by May 21st, no purchases allowed the day of. Tickets are $5 per person and spots are limited. NOTE: All kids under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult. Summer Academy Camp
Coach Ken’s Summer Academy Camp begins the middle of June and runs through the end of July. Camp will run Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 11:00 am and all skill levels are invited to join. Every session is filled with his focus on: Fun, Fitness, Friendship. He welcomes everyone who wants to come and learn to play and have fun together with their friends, and the friends they will make. Players can drop in and play any time you want and whenever it meets your family time schedule. There is a one-time registration fee of $25. This covers your player from June 2023 – May 2024, so your child is welcome to join the spring, fall, and winter camps also! Competitive ID Camps and Tryouts
The summer is just around the corner and if your family is like ours you start to plan for all the activities and look for ways to keep your kids occupied, and ideally, engaged and active. LSA would love to be an option for you. This summer we have a variety of options for you to select from. If you have an aspiring soccer player in your midst, we invite you to attend our ID camps and competitive team tryouts. We are looking to grow our competitive program going into the fall season. If you are not sure if your child is ready for completive play that is what ID camps are for! No matter their skill level they will have a good time. Registration is now open for both ID Camps and summer try outs visiting our website and registering for “Competitive 2023-2024 Registration”. For $10 your child can spend a day and a half over two Saturdays attending our ID Camps, our competitive team tryouts and participate in our ongoing academy camp that extends throughout the summer. Here are some more details on logistics:
ID Camps: May 27th – 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
June 3rd – 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Competitive Tryouts: June 10th – 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
June 11th (as needed) – 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Challenger Core Camp
LSA hosts this camp formerly known as International Soccer Camps. It is rooted in British training methodology; these camps introduce our international training tactics to campers across the U.S and Canada. Challenger’s curriculum and coaching foundation meets engaging delivery for an all-around positive experience. The camp takes place June 5-9th and runs from $120-$275 based on age and length of camp. Sign up early to get a FREE replica jersey as part of your camper package!
