The Big Swap
Calling all youth soccer players! We’ve collected the gear and now it’s time to share the wealth. The swap is open to any youth soccer players in our community or surrounding areas. Join the Leavenworth Soccer Association, Thursday, September 1st from 6-8 p.m. on the south side of the LSA practice fields (corner of 10th and Gatewood). During the event you can donate additional gear, swap items, or pick up equipment for the upcoming season for free.
Why not make this evening a party! We invited along some special guests from the KC Current and KC Blue Crew! In addition to swapping out soccer equipment, you can get signatures and autographs with professional women soccer players Elyse Bennett, Izzy Rodriguez, and Chardonnay Curran from the KC Current! The Current will also have information about season tickets, their new stadium, and some cool giveaways! While you’re here, learn the KC Blue Crew chants that heighten the excitement of the game!
